Sharon Sutherland
PT, MISCP, MNAPTA: Owner/Manager of Seating Solutions LLC
Sharon has specialized in the field of positioning, seating and mobility for the past 30 years.
Graduating from The University of Dublin, Trinity College as a Physiotherapist, Sharon has experienced many aspects of the positioning, seating and mobility service delivery models in North America, Latin America, New Zealand, Australia and in the EU. She offers clinical consultation to clients, patients, service users, clinicians and manufacturers worldwide.
She has given hundreds of presentations on postural care management, skin integrity preservation, and mobility to audiences including Physio/Physical and Occupational Therapists, Engineers, Physicians, Attorneys, Nurses, and Case Managers worldwide. Sharon is a contributing author in the recently published “Seating and Wheeled Mobility: A Clinical Resource Guide”. Known to many as a dynamic, compassionate and highly energetic speaker, Sharon’s knowledge and clinical experience makes her a very skilled clinician and instructor.

Jennifer McKee
PT, DPT, MISCP
Jennifer is a registered Physiotherapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Since moving to Ireland in 2019, she has been continuing her education in regards to posture and mobility with Sharon while establishing her own private practice.
She is currently working as a teaching assistant at the University of Limerick, participating in clinical assessments, in-person and web-based clinical education with Sharon, and teaching yoga classes to her local community.
Jennifer is passionate about understanding and positively influencing the interplay between providing effective rehabilitation services, creating and maintaining dynamic interdisciplinary relationships, and accessing resources necessary for appropriate interventions.

Scott is our newest addition to Posture & Mobility!
Scott is always working behind the scenes to ensure questions are answered, courses are running, and mentees are looked after. He will be taking over administrative roles such as scheduling, marketing, and troubleshooting.
